of lights as INFORMATION or ILLUMINATION, and sound as TRANSFORMATION. Humankind has been using sound in ceremony, and in healing, since the beginning of time. Each organ, chakra, and system in the body has its own optimum frequency, which is measured in Hz. Sound is nothing more than energy, frequency and vibration.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Most illness, or dis-ease, begins in the subtle bodies as negative thoughts or emotions, which take on a denser, crystallised form over time. Sound therapy can dissolve these crystallised energy forms, before they reach the physical body.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">I incorporate tuning forks into my practice in order to reduce pain, reduce inflammation, balance chakras and induce a feeling of peace and calm.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">\u00a0<\/p><p>At the quantum level, sound healing may be used to bring about personal growth and
