cutting is a healing technique which helps us to disconnect from unhealthy energetic links to other people, animals, objects or thought forms. Cords may be positive or negative. Positive cords are natural and healthy, such as the bond between a parent and child, or partnership.&nbsp; Negative cording occurs when there is a motive of attempting to control another person\u2019s behaviour or thoughts, or there is an emotional dependency.
