Arts degree (UCT) in Psychology and English, and went on to get a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills (SACAP)<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"\">\u200bShe was a Lifeline counsellor and facilitator for many years, and also worked as a volunteer at Diep River Police station as a trauma counsellor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8\">She is a qualified yoga teacher and teaches Integral Hatha Yoga at a Yoga Ayana in Tokai.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">She has been assisting teaching Yoga and Mindfulness at Chrysalis Academy with the youth since 2015.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8\">\u200bShe qualified as an Energy Healer (with Distinction) from the School of Intuition and Healing (SIH) in 2022.
